This concerns artists out there who really don't have the time or motivation to stay healthy. So... I got myself yesterday morning a FBS (blood sugar) exam. Yes, we all know it will be higher than the normal values, but, mine was pretty high up there. Long story short, my doctor told me, I'm in a pre-diabetic stage. And it was a good thing I had the courage to have my blood checked-up. And I'm telling myself, what if there are others out there just like me, who are afraid to get the "warning" or waiting for that ache, that numbness, that first neck pain, or heartburn. Now, I urge you guys to do the same, let us be aware of our health. Us
