Of course I'm kidding you... :P Let's be patient 'cause voting will be hard. VERY HARD, as all the entries are really amazing.... But no worries!!! The other judges and me will start our hard job immediately and we will announce the results as soon as possibile.
Please... Be patient because it will be VERY DIFFICULT for us. °__° I'd love to give a prize to every single entry... though this is not possible... T^T.
Let me thank you EVERYONE joined!!! Thank you guys. I love yo
:llama:I've decided to give llamas to people that fave my deviations. Hope you guys are ok with this. I think it's a different way of saying "thank you" to visitors.
Last miniature change (haha get it) to my competition piece I'm submitting in the Crystal Brush paint contest this week.
Beautiful Studio McVey miniature!
She's much more put together than this, but rules are rules and I can only show WIP pics. She also has a base sculpted from scratch. All this done last week!

Pat had this to say about the winner: "I loved his art style and his story telling was excellent, great pacing and flow. Man, I wanted more pages!! I was really pleased with the simple but striking costume design of his villain. As always this was a very difficult decision! All the entries were great, I'd like to award second and third place winners and additional prizes:"

Hey everyone, ~HexagonalHyena (https://www.deviantart.com/hexagonalhyena) here! :iconsabbelbina: and I have been discussing a new contest for this group, but also for other deviants outside of it as well!
The theme is:
Out of Your Comfort Zone
Many times, us artists find a body type, character type, species, race, ect. that we really love to draw, and we draw it all the time! But in order to be truly successful, we need to be able to draw all kinds of things. So for this contest, we want to challenge you to create a character that is way out of your comfort zone! If you love to draw thin and beautiful female humans, how about try and draw a bulbous, not-so-pretty m
Hi all who remain !
It's been years since I first joined, the golden when I was active are long gone, I'm an old poop now...
My kids are almost fully grown up now, my oldest is finishing high school this year, he's slightly taller than me -but I beat him belly wise :) -
I almost entirely stopped drawing things remotely more advanced than sketches, I probably lost most of my photoshop skills, and anyway, my photoshop version is probably "so 2010".
Why am I even back here ?
Well, first, if there are any survivors from this era, I'd like to know / see what they've been up to.
Second, because my second kid, my beloved daughter, has developed s
Longing to get enough time to produce new stuff and submitting again.
I guess getting an AFL event would help...
Lots of things below schedule, I also got turned down on several attempts last year, hard times at work too, at least health and family are still holding strong, that's the most important.
See you around, and for those I watch, I'm still actively following you guys.
~sscplz (https://www.deviantart.com/sscplz) been setting up his complete story line, enemies, worlds, and friends :/ :iconsscplz:
Also guys, be careful if you update to 64bit windows, your old scanners won't be compatible anymore.
Experienced that last week when I wanted to scan the accumulated work since june...
some guys keep using their scans through virtual machines and 32bit windows installed on these, but then you can't retrieve them directly, you got to export them from a virtual drive into the real one... all this a big pain in the ass.
see you around after I have installed that new scanner.
