ello everyone!!! if you've been on DevientArt for a while now, then you're probably used to getting constant scam offers- and of course, you don't want to miss out on any *real* offers you may get- there are so many new deviants who lose hundreds of dollars to scams like this- there are multiple ways to determine whether it's a real person but when it gets down to it, you really just have to check their profiles for RedFlags. do they have an empty bio? few, or no art published? an empty pfp? have they been ignoring all their pf comments? does their username contain a bunch of random numbers? few, or no status updates? do their pf comments contain a bunch of ppl commenting "scam" on their pf? if the answer is yes to at least 3 of these, then you have yourself a scammer- what you do then? block 'em, report 'em, whatever you see fit- the most important thing to remember is though, don't ever send money to someone you don't know- and with that, stay safe out there
