 history:
Most Tsareenas are kind, loving parents, but it seems like the one this poor Steenee got was a fluke, for sure. Magnolia Tsareena and Barnaby Lurantis were both filthy stinking rich in Hearthome City, Sinnoh, yet couldn't afford to care about their loud rambunctious Bounsweet child. They would buy whatever she screeched for, but once she had that new toy, game or dress, they would just leave her alone at home. Celeste spent most of her time cooped up indoors, staring at the TV, computer, phone or small handheld screen for hours on end, probably playing with her fancy dollies if she wasn't doing one of the previous actions. At first, this was a wonderful, luxurious life to live in, as she didn't have to share her fancy toys and had no chores, so she had all the time to herself, but as Celeste grew older, she realized she was missing something: companionship. Celeste's mom and dad were hardly ever there, and when they were, they didn't seem to really truly love their daughter; they still fed her and would still buy her things, but beyond that, she might as well not exist in their eyes. Celeste grew saddened by this lack of affection, feeling like she was missing something, but could never place her finger on it.

When Celeste turned 6, she was immediately tossed into the local elementary school, and things went...Interesting. She was a very pretty little girl, and one who always had the trendy clothes, but she was sheltered from the world up until this moment, so all she was focused on was exploring everything and talking to everyone, regardless of social status. But Celeste's parents didn't approve of this, at all. "Don't you dare go near those filthy peasants." Magnolia would scold. Celeste wanted to be loved, so as soon as other Pokes her age began to like her, she joined the other popular kids, and something terrifying activated. As Celeste was angry that her parents ignored her while everyone else got much nicer mommies and daddies, she would take her anger out on any unlucky kid if she could get away with it. Coming from a wealthy family, they would always pay the school to stay quiet about Celeste's temper tantrums, which only grew more chaotic once she evolved into a Steenee at age 10, gaining even more strength and much more potential to destroy others.

Celeste would transfer constantly from private school to private school, all across the world, until eventually she found herself stuck in St. Vaporihanna, the only school left that would take her.

(+) Brave - "I'm not afraid of him! I'll kick his ass if he keeps hurting you!" Celeste is fearless, bold and has no problem with throwing herself into new situations. She's also not very shy, and enjoys company, making her quite social when she's not yelling at people.

(o) Persistent - "I WILL NOT SURRENDER TO YOU, YOU LOSER!!" Well, maybe not quite a positive, but you gotta admire how passionate the little Steenee can get, and how determined she is, whether it be to win, to become popular, or to make a friend. If only she used it for good more...

(-) Fiery - "SHUT UP! I'M NOT A NERD, B-BAKA!" This girl has a temper that rages with the fury of a thousand suns, and by suns, I mean the angry sun from Mario 3. She will kick, scream, shout and fight anyone if she thinks you've wronged her, and is just easily angered overall. Celeste is the kind of girl who throws things in frustration, then walks back to it and repeats the cycle until she gets in done.

- Her petal/pigtails are very hard, and can be easily used for battle. Watch out.
    - Despite being leaves and not hair, she somehow gets barrettes into them. Somehow. 

- She can photosynthesize for food, but seeing as it's not as fun as eating and because she has class a lot, she finds herself eating more often than just absorbing the rays.

- Has a very cutesy, high pitched voice.

- Celeste constantly releases a sweet, flowery aroma that is especially pleasant when fully healthy. If she's ill, her scent becomes pungent like stink weed.

- Very easy to punt like a football.

- Secretly a huge weeaboo, but tries (and often fails) to hide it from others, especially her fellow cheerleaders.
