Oh my! This photo is so pretty. As a glitter junkie, I'm hooked on the glittery piece. I'm impressed at how you've captured it, at just that right moment, when it looks like piled on diamond dust. As I'm looking at this, I'm questioning is it ice or, fairy dust. And to be completely honest with you, I hope you humor me, and say the second choice.
Okay now for my bit of critique. I feel the title could've had a little more razzle dazzle. Maybe instead of Icy you could go with a title like: Star Dust, Crushed Crystals, or Nature's Glitter. I feel something like that fits the wonder that is your beautiful photo.
