Here is an nuclear powered cruiser (CGN) optimized for surviving combat damage by utilizing the Virginia-class CGN hull and the Leahy-class super structure and radar arrangement. The radar MACK masts are pushed about as far away from each other as possible to reduce the risk of one-shot-one-kill to the sensor systems.
The Terrier system was chosen for its effectiveness and the greater detection and track range of the SPG-55Ds. The SPG-55D offers both reduced radar cross section and track/scan capability over the the SPG-51 associated with the Mk74 Tartar D AAW system or the lesser SPG-62 associated with the Mk99 Aegis AAW system.
The SPQ-9A and TAS-23 are integrated into the Terrier NTU II AAW to close the blind spots caused by rotating radars and given the ship the ability to track and engage everything within view of the horizon. Those two systems make NTU on par with Aegis in everything but shooting the moon down...

...and a lot more...If you want to know, ask :D

The picture is modified from shipbucket, and my CGN is posted over the original Virginia-class CGN.
