OMG I finished something

Tenshi Hinanai from the Touhou/Scarlet Weather Rhapsody games. I really like her although I don't why. Maybe it's because of her colorful character design? It sure is purdy X3

I think I started this drawing back in...January~Februaryish.

Character and rock buddy was drawn in SAI.
Background was quickly put together in photoshop.
