It's been a while since my last entry, but it's also been an eventful time for me. The new job went very well and I was promoted to manager of the frozen foods department. This moved me to first shift so the hours are better, but unfortunately not much more money than before! So far, I've done rather well, and the bosses have been impressed. Hope to move up again soon.
I got married in March to my girlfriend Sue. We had a baby a couple months later- a beautiful little girl, Lily Frances Wise. My best creation so far! I'll be sure to get some pics up right away. The both of them have been keeping me pretty busy.

Oi...what a month it's been! Started a new job and got sick twice within the first month. It's more physical labor than I'm used to- but at least I'm getting back into shape. I hope the boss isn't too pissed at me- but I personally choose to stay home when I'm sick instead of spreading it around! A lot of employees there call in for sometimes dubious reasons, but I think he'll appreciate my sense of responsibility. I love 3rd shift, but during the winter it gets hard never seeing the sun except when you get off work. My girlfriend has been very supportive of me and it's all good.
The horn work is still on hold, but I am researching new c
Last night I was at the hospital with my girlfriend Sue. She was 4 months along and lost the baby last night. We named him Sam Wise, had him baptized, and had the Sisters of St. Joseph's take care of the funeral arrangements. Her whole family was there and everyone took it pretty hard. We were all looking forward to a little one in the spring. I've been fighting bronchitis, and couldn't spend the entire night at the hospital with Sue- my fever was just getting too high. I was able to stay long enough to be sure she was okay.
I think I have enough misfortune put together to write a decent country/western album.
Hi, Thanks for the compliment. I do commissions occasionally- it depends on how fancy you want it. I still have a few unfinished pieces I have to finish, so I'll be tied up for a while. If you have artwork I can use it would be helpful. If I create it myself off a description, it will probably be expensive and slow (possibly a year or two), but will be worth several times what you pay- I always tend to underprice the finished product, but I stick to the original agreement.
