I know Orochimaru and Voldemort, it's been done. I've seen plenty of comics but no real fight scenes, at least any that I could find. There's also been plenty of discussions, and they tend to be limited to Voldemort automatically winning by firing off a death curse. I think the fight would involve a little more like that, but I think Orochimaru has enough tricks that he would win the battle in the end. This includes the clone jutsu.
Here Voldemort is using a shield charm to deflect attacks from clones for now.

Close call but i vote Voldemort . I mean both are mostly evenly matched : Voldemort would be unfamiliar with clone techniqes and a little suprised by kusanagi (Magical swords exist in HP verse too, we just saw one of them) along with sannin's speed and summons ( though parseltounge and mind control would be hard counters against them ) while Orochimaru would be unfamiliar with most spells in general and very suprised by apparation (quicker, more effective versiyon of hirashin basicly enough) and if he tries to posses him Voldemort would destroy him, he was a master occulumency and legimency after all. Over all Voldemort has more advantages against sannin. Not to mention someone already wrote a death battle about it :m.fanfiction.net/s/10118267/4/…
