I’m just going to say that if you aren’t a Percy Jackson fan or haven’t read the books, you won’t understand this at all. At first, I wasn’t going to upload it on here, but then I thought… hm… maybe I will, because I want to see people’s reactions and comments. lol! I’m actually surprised that no one else has drawn a pic like this for Octavian yet.

I just started reading ‘The Son of Neptune’ last week and am currently reading it. So I would appreciate that you would refrain from leaving spoilers in your comments if you’ve already read it and the books that come after it.

I think Octavian is fast growing on me. Yes, I DO like him. I know that 99% of the Percy Jackson fanbase hates him. But I like him. He’s amusing. Deal with it. Even though I’m still getting to know the character, I can already tell that he could do with a good spanking. So I just had to get this out of my system early on.

With that being said, I have a feeling I’ll win some sort of fan approval award for drawing this.

I wasn’t sure who would actually be the one to do it to him. I’m pretty sure Hazel would jump at the chance to give him a good switching, since he’s blackmailing her, but at the same time… meh… it doesn’t seem right.

I was like, “Okay, I can work with that. If Rachel’s hairbrush can give Kronos a black eye, it can make Octavian’s backside red.”

And we all know his boxers would probably have teddy bear print or something like that all over them.

Just to clear up anything before it gets started: No, I do NOT support the Rachel x Octavian pairing. Rachel can’t date or have boyfriends, so pairing her up is greatly contradicting the character. I actually had in mind to use Rachel in this pic before I found out that some fans pair these two up. But this pic is NOT in anyway pairing these characters. I don’t ship, so please do not assume that I am.
