Here you could also say:

"Since last time" or "In comparison to last time"

and

"Really - like how?" or "Really - how do I look different?"

"Oh, it's about my hijab right" or "Oh, because of my hijab right"

"But why that sad look on your face?" or "Why do you look sad?"

And you should say "Maybe I can help you". 'May' alone just doesn't work.

"Yes, but whatever your problem is, I will try to help you, just tell me."
