Nice work, but i still prefer the good, old Darksteel Colossus.
Never change a winning team =)

Wizard used simple logic when making this card:
Darksteel Colossus + Phyrexia = THIS

XD

Anyway,

Nice work. ^_^

Haha, that is definitely true. And since I am a huge fan of both the Colossus and Phyrexia...

Well, aside from Tezzeret 2.0, I think it's my favorite part of the new set.

^_^

And thank you. :)

epic amazing drawing! Great job with this eventhough Blightsteel Collosous is the cheapest/ most unfair instant win creature in the game

Haha, thank you! And yes, he's rather unfair...but I play Vintage only, so I run into enough unfair cards to not even notice anymore. So, of course, I have one of these guys on order. ;)

lol i never allow infect period at all. I have been playing the card game for a long time and i imagine u know of some like combos or cheap cards or w/e but every single card has a way to get around it. I know alot of the best cards u can get and ways to get around them. Blightsteel collosous is the only card that can beat everything just by attacking once. There are only 3 things that can stop it. Only 3 things in the entire game. Out of every single card, theres only 3 that can stop it:
1. Pafisism or Arrest
2. Tower of Calamites
3. a card to remove it from the game or return it to ur hand (and numerous blue cards do that)

yup, path to exile, admonition angel, swords to plowshares, venser, the sojourner. and the tower just deals damage which won't work, cuz like it's cousin, darksteel, Blightsteel is indestructible. bah, this thing is easy to get around if you ask me.

Actually, tower won't get rid of it. remember, it's indestructible.

Yeah.

Any type of damage whether it be from combat or from a spell or ability still fall under "Lethal damage"

yes but that doesn't do anything to save him. You can look it up if u don't believe me. It even says on the cards. Indestructible protects the creature from combat damage and kill spells. Thats it. It doesn't save them from damage directly to their health. Like any burn spells or spells that deal damage. once again u can look it up if u want, it says it on every card with indestructibility, what it is saved from. The only thing thats completely invincible more or less is things with protection however protection i think can get killed by kill everything spells but thats the only thing that can kill protection stuff like something with protection from colors and artifacts

Ok for both of u let me explain a few things by the exact definitions. Now if ur right then ur rihgt but lets look at the exact definitons:
"If an indestructible creature has 0 toughness, it will be put into its owner's graveyard. Being indestructible can't prevent this."
now heres the exact definiton of Indestructible:
"Lethal damage and effects that say 'destroy' don't destroy them"
Ok i spoke with MAgic the Gathering staff members and they said that... ok basically nothing can kill Indestructible creatures minus spells that deal - / - damage like grasp of darkness for dealing -4/-4... yeah i don't really understand it but apparently everything else counts as lethal damage but - / - spells don't. I don't really get it but w/e

yeah.

To clarify it better:

The only way to destroy an indestructible creature is to use a toughness modifier to reduce it to 0 toughness.

You are incorrect. Indestructible clearly states: "Destroy" effects and lethal damage don't destroy it.
Meaning, burn spells are useless against indestructible creatures.

That is true. But..
Swords to Plowshares
Path to exile
Journey to Nowhere
Brittle Effigy.

There's a whole bunch of ways to get rid of it, not counting blue bounce or black exiling from the player's hand. That, and infect itself will take care of the Blightsteel eventually. So yeah, it's powerful. But there are definitely ways to deal with it. :)

lol your quite welcome
and its ok, i didn't mean to rant. I was just pointing out how nothing in the card game can stop it minus those few cards i mentioned. I honestly wouldn't have a problem with it if it weren't for Infect and i have a huge vendetta against Infect
err what? Umm ok? Lol
Oh well if u want to look at it like that way haha XD every discard cards can get rid of it before it comes on the field as can coutner spells, i was refering to when it is on the field but if were looking at while its still in ur hand then yes discard cards and coutner spells can easily stop it lol. Infect will take care of it? How? Infect does nothing to it, it only affects ur opponet and creature ur dealing damage to.

Oh, I meant that if you block it with a bunch of infect creatures (say, 9 power in total), then the 9 damage dealt to the Blightsteel by those creatures is converted into -1/-1 counters via the infect ability. This will effectively reduce the Blightsteel to a 2/2 (11/11, with 9 -1/-1 counters). Deal enough damage via -1/-1 counters (either with infect or effects like wither), and even the Blightsteel's indestructable phrase won't save it. Of course, if it would be sent to the graveyard, its shuffle replacement effect will take hold, and the Blightsteel Colossus will be shuffled into your library instead of going to the graveyard. (But hey, that's what Extract, Shimian Spector, Cranial Extraction, Memoricide, Thought Hemorrhage, Bitter Ordeal and any of those other cards that allow for exiling straight from the library are for!)
