My Bio

Herein are the digital doodles of William King, an autistic 'new-weird' doodle composer from the UK. I doodle. I doodle a lot. I also have a superpower. This superpower goes by the name of Asperger’s Syndrome. As a result of this unusual gift, I get to doodle almost all day, every day. It is a joy, and I get to indulge in my passion and subsequently am a most content individual for all the hardships attached to life' out there'.

If you think I may be of help to your company, project, or self, I would be most interested in hearing from you.

Do I use AI in my art? Yes i do. Not exclusively. It is a collaboration as much as using any rendering program to do work fast and to my direction. I utilise my own images and like to work with training models and notebooks to manipulate my own work and transform the base image into something new dictated by parameters and python coding i control. Ai is a great enhancer. I then take these images, cut and paste the jigsaw pictures into my own canvas and then use that as the basis to paint over. I use photoshop and corel for its ability to create with digital oils and acrylics.

I look to Warhol and his paintings of Monroe. I look to Giger and his paintings of Debbie Harry. Did they create every aspect of their paintings. No. Are those paintings theirs and wholly original? yes.

I, too, practice those methods.

If you would like to play around with programmes i have found of interest then please follow this page to a list of software links:

I am an afficionado of world cinema, French and Japanese being particular favorites. All time classics for me are as diverse as Alien, Fargo to Delicatessen and Amelie. I am passionate music listener from prog rock to techno. On any given day I may switch between Spock’s Beard and Infected Mushroom. I also enjoy the classical music of Mozart and Vivaldi and especially enjoy the operas of Verdi, he is a musical genius!

I much enjoy photography and lazy walks alongside water! I derive much enjoyment being besides a river or the sea. I have an eclectic range of interests especially history, from museums to old castles. Astronomy, true crime, conspiracy theories, science fiction, horror, fantasy, art of all types, live music, good coffee or Yorkshire tea, camping, live theatre, are just a few things which appeal to me.

I have seen negativity concerning innovative technology in the field of creativity especially amongst the art community. This outpouring is generated by a loud and select few who’s arguments illustrate a distinct selective rather than complete understanding of Artificial Intelligence as a new tool in the artist’s kit. There seems to be an art fundamentalist approach to the often ignorant and misinformed outpourings and clearly, they are merely regurgitating others’ views without first investigating the facts. Such fundamentalism stifles creativity and such people inflict more harm on others with their aggressive judgemental outpourings than any rational and informed discussion on the merits and the problems raised by A.I. To those who are against A.I. and have the correct facts to hand and present an informed discourse regarding their views, I thank you. Your views are valid and worthy of contemplation. You have integrity and your voice deserves to be listened to

I spent a couple of hours setting up a subscription to see how it all works. It's pretty neat setup and yet i felt like I was in the process of losing my viewers. I showcase my doodles here but a subscription means no one can browse and deep dive into thematic folders if they have to pay first. Deviant has always been free and i love to browse other creatives galleries. That joy is removed as soon as the Capitalist milking farm gets up and running. I don't like that here. So, my subscription offering has been deleted and you, my dear fans and detracters, can continue to browse the new weird imaginings of this autistic artist with impunity. Love me or loath me, you can continue to view my doodles without use of a credit card first.
