Freeze Ray!

This is quite an adorable piece! There are so many things I love about it, so yes! A near perfect score (because there's no such thing as perfection, but this is pretty darn close). I love the expression and motion captured in the picture and the summer/wintry feel it gives off. I also like your incorporation of the freeze ray as opposed to just minions partying or something. X3
The best thing about this is undoubtedly the awesome texture. This style is absolutely perfect for the minion project! It gives off a cutesy feel, and even better, matches the idea of snowflakes. After all, everybody has made cut-paper snowflakes in some time of his or her life. All in all, very well done! Great idea, very innovative.

This whole piece is absolutely gorgeous. The composition is incredible, the colours work so well together, and the feel of everything is amazing. I love the layering in this; the effect of paper art really helps bring this piece to life. I've never written a critique before, but I felt like I simply HAD to write one for this.

It's so......so......vibrant! I'm at a loss for words here. I'm having fun just looking at it. It seems like every time I come back, there's something new to look at.

I really have never written a critique on Deviant before but I felt like I needed to on this one. Just absolutely marvelous. I actually thought the artist created this out of real, folded and cut out paper and to my surprise, I find out that it is in fact digitally painted. Just wonderful. I really love the flow this piece creates. It takes you for a ride along with the minions and you feel like you're apart of their playtime on this little adventure. I think this is very original and looks absolutely professional. As if the company that created the movie hired the artist to create this for a holiday speciality. The artist displays masterful technique and vision and it has given me an emotional response of happiness. Furthermore, this without a doubt should be one of the three chosen for the winning spot and I look forward to seeing more from this artist. Great work!
