That`s an amazing drawing, you did a great job with the shading :)

Hehe
Thanks so much! I really appreciate it! I definitely fussed and obsessed over getting the shading just right but it seems to have paid off. :p

Yep, it paid off perfectly ;)

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it.
It takes lots of time and practice (which everyone says.. but I guess that means it must be true! hehe)

And also a proper place, with a large table, a very good light, money for good materials and room to store all of them ... I lack all of these things and time ... but I'll try anyway! Never give up. You are welcome, and I really appreciated your llama ^^

I actually do most of my drawings, like this, on the floor with a simple desk lamp (but I like to lie on my stomach when I draw..  maybe I'm just weird like that? haha)
Also, you can usually find pretty cheap materials on Amazon.com and at department stores. It's amazing what you can do with very basic materials. I would love to have fancy expensive stuff too, but most of the time I just use whatever I can get my hands on. Time is definitely my limiting factor too.. I think anyone who isn't a fulltime artist can agree on that!

We definitely just have to keep trying and working whenever we can find the time! Keep it up, you'll be amazed at how far you get if you set your mind to it! :D (Honestly, I look back at some of my old work and am amazed how far I've come too.) Never give up! :)

And you're so very welcome for the llama! hehe I'm glad you like him! ;p

Your answer is very kind, and you are right. Most of us just ... draw! Without much tecnique nor expensive resources. But I used to be proud of my rough talent, and now I begin to understand my limits, and I regret not having time (at all!) and specific studies. I'm not that proud anymore, I know I should improve. I hope my life will calm down a bit, so I can do that. By now, have a nice week end and so many thanks for your kind words ^^

I totally empathize. I'm in the process of moving and looking for work, so sadly art has taken a bit of back burner with little progress as of late. Keep your head up though. "Limits" are merely obstacles to overcome. As long as you draw, if even just a little bit here and there, you will improve. (Something I have to remind myself too!)

I hope you have a wonderful weekend too!
