Hello Fall!

Wow.  Haven't been on here much.  Summer is too good to miss.  Hope to get on with artworks and strategies over the winter.  Need some new strategies!  Need an art-friendly, eco-friendly economy.  These seem to be gone.

turning point?

I'm about ready to give up on art.  In fact, all the things I thought I was good at I appear to be failing at lately.  Any pointers?

Have the happiest birthday, Wildlynx :D
Happy Birthday!
When you paint an animal do you take a picture of it, then paint from that or do you paint the animal while it is sitting there?
did you get the long reply I did to this? I have a feeling it deleted.
yes I did and thank you it was helpful I now know what you mean about having to see an animal first. I've drawn an animal from live reference for the first time and it is much better than from picture alone.
good. I'm glad & thanks for the fav
