Ren Akemi (or Akemi Ren) is character inspired by a few other anime characters; Natsu Dragneel and Tsunade Senju.

Akemi was born in Alaska and lived in Anchorage until the age of four when her Quirk awakened and she nearly killed a large crowd from siphoning the living energy out of their bodies. After this she was taken to her family's compound located that lies hidden within the Rocky Mountains [which, in this universe, her family owns] where she lived until she was thirteen.

▷ APPEARANCE: Akemi, like many of the females in her family, has long hair that reaches down to her thighs as well as the silky, pin-straight texture. The golden blonde is the coloration she gained from her American father as well as the tanned skin. Her pink eye color and diamond shaped pupils are from her mother. Akemi is tall with a big bust and curvy body, something she is actually insecure about as she developed quicker at a younger age then most girls her age and had looked a older which drew manys attention causing some issues whenever she was allowed to be amongst large crowds (name calling of things like temptress or evil seductress were just many of the things she was called). Akemi also has sharp fangs that developed with her Quirk and a gem placed in her forehead which helps her control her abilities.

▷ FAMILY: Both the Calder and Ren family are known to be extremely strong and rather rich, which is why many had at first suspected Akemi and her siblings to be the products of a Quirk Marriage; after all, people with that kind of power and money obviously only cared for that and only strived to create stronger offspring. However, one can imagine the surprise it was revealed that Ren Akari and Conner Calder married out of love (their families hadn't even known each other before then).

▷ QUIRK NAME: Solar-Brawn

▷ QUIRK: Solar-Brawn is a mutated variant dual Quirk of both her parents Quirks.

Her mother has super strength and heat resistance as well as sun healing which appears as multiple but is really one Quirk. It is called "Sun Siphon" as her mother siphons and stores up the light and energy of the sun and then let's it power up her body, which she is then able use in many ways after tones of training...

Her father has a slight dual Quirk; his first is energy manipulating Quirk dubbed "Enerflex" which allows him to control and manipulate the energy all around him. And his second is "Flow", an air based Quirk which allows him to fly and have great agility. Flow is a low-key version of his father's Air Manipulating Quirk which is why it's not as strong.

→ Solar Strength: Solar Strength is what she calls her strength Quirk; similar to her mother she has inhuman strength and a harden skin & internal heat resistance thanks to being able to absorb the sun's rays that she uses to enhance her senses. However, her strength seems to be more natural making it more of a TRUE super strength-based Quirk, the sun absorption just amplifies it. The more sunlight she absorbs, the stronger her strength is and the more she can enhance various things.

→ Star Energy: Much like her strength Quirk, she named her second one Star Energy; it is a energy manipulation Quirk that, like her father's, allows her to create, control, form (etc..) the energy around her whether it be man-made or natural. She can do many things such as energy blasts or control the energy flow around and within her body to fly, flight being a bit easier thanks to air-energy manipulation being easier because of her father's sides air affinity. Though solar-like energy manipulation is by far much easier as she has a greater connection to the sun (as well as stars, after all, the sun IS a star) from her mom's side.

When powred up her body, hair and eyes begin to glow and the power behind her attacks increase. Though the two Quirk are seperate they are heavily connected and heavily tied to the sun.

▷ QUIRK DRAWBACKS: "With All Great Power, Come Great Consequences." — Mandy Calder to Akemi.

• After a certain period of time of using her energy manipulation she will begin losing her own energy and her body automatically begins to look for any type of energy source to siphon off of... That's not a cool thing either because by siphoning off of anything with energy that includes LIVING, BREATHING thing. So essentially, she's stealing the life of things (kind of picture a bit of X-Men's Rogue's power in a sense) and hurting the other person and converting that stolen energy into her own to replenish what she's lost... At least for the most part. As a child she had nearly killed quite a few people and had to be taken away to a far away place by her family (who all had similar but mutated versions of her Quirk) to train... She still has a few mishaps here and there, as said, her body starts doing it subconsciously without her command

• Tied with the first drawback. As her two Quirks are sun-energy related, when over used her body will turn cold and slow in its sun absorption which is why the energy siphoning is even more dangerous... Akemi is, by genetics, a hot person and is not used to be cold, also a polar opposite of her Quirk. So she needs the heat in her body to help regulate not only her Quirk but also the operation of her internal organs. If she remains without heat for too long then she will get sick and have a high risk of organ failure and her blood freezing.

• Darkness and Coldness. Noooooo! Not in the sense that the "the minute it turns night or she's in the dark she loses her powers — she's around cold stuff like ice" type of thing. I'm talking about pure darkness and pure cold. Like, she does weaken some when exposed to ice/water and night/shadows but not to the point she suddenly can't use her Quirk — she must be locked in a dark room or somewhere without light for a good few days before she's rendered useless. And as for the cold, same thing, or if she's tossed into a cold environment like Mount Everest or the South or North pole. — ((Though she does have quite the struggle on her hands when a Villain with a Dual Quirk called Arctic Ice and (Space's) Nullifying Shadow (or simply "Dark Ice") emerges and quickly makes her his target.))

☆ Due to these drawbacks Akemi HAS to wear specialized bracelets that hold stored up energy and heat pulses. The bracelets, along with her forehead gem, help keep her Quirk within limit and if she nears depletion of her Quirk then the bracelets start sending warning shocks. If she ignores that and falls into Drawback-Zone then her bracelets activate and allow her to siphon off of the stored energy while sending heat through her body to keep her warm.

Honestly, Akemi is a fun character in my mind. She spent a majority of childhood isolated from humanity which makes her oblivious and a little dumb to normal human interactions.

The forehead gem thing is pretty cool. Good pose and clean lines with this character. She has some detailed drawbacks, the first one is definitely one to watch out for where there's plants or humans nearby. Don't run out of energy or she'll take from other living things. Kinda scary.
