MHA OC | Midoriya Haruka 'Esper'

Midoriya Haruka is the twin sister of Midoriya Izuku, born only two minutes before making her the elder twin. Like her mother and brother, Haruka has the seemingly "Midoriya-Themed" green hair and eyes as well as matching freckles that her brother has. Haruka takes a bit after her mother with having a shorter build, though she is a tad bit taller.

Haruka has a Emitter Quirk. A Telekinetic Quirk that is near borderlining on that of Psionics which allows her to tap into a lower level of Telepathy and Teleportation. Haruka later develops a Fire Manipulation Quirk which she unlocks due to the effects of One for All that she unknowingly gets small waves of due to having a unknown "Twin Soul Link" with Izuku. When combined together Haruka can create a sort of a "Fox-Fire" Quirk. Both Quirks are high leveled variants that she inherited from her parents.

Since her Quirk gives her almost Paranormal feel, Haruka ends up taking on the hero name "Esper".
