The first in a series showcasing various falling down buildings and structures in Texas.

This one was taken in South Bend, a town which had around 150 people as of the last census. There's not much there, but some of the abandoned buildings are absolutely fascinating.

There's a lot of these up in the panhandle of Texas. I've gotten some photographs of them myself. It's great because they're right on the road.

There are a few on the old stretch of Route 66 & HWY 287 heading north. An HWY 287 around Childress. Some didn't survive the winter, some halfway did, and there used to be a old hotel court that I believe got torn down.
