Description
Frieze on the exterior of the the Fulton County Dept. of Health and Wellness, a.k.a the county health department, in Downtown Atlanta. The building is 1950s and it seems like this frieze is depicting health, e.g. doctor fending off Death himself. The other one, which I will post, is less obvious.
