My artwork got stolen

Thanks to @britbabe1192 that told me about it.
One of my artwork in 2011, Haunted Sliver got stolen and sold on Etsy. I don't know her and she is not the commissioner of the artwork. Without my permission, she just crop the lower part of the artwork (that have watermark), rename with other name and then sell it on Etsy.
