Hey everyone! I've recently set up a little business drawng pencil portraits. It's been going for a couple of weeks now, and pretty well. I figured I would set up a little kickstarter campaign just to raise funds for some equipment, and to take classes to expand my knowledge and skills. Ugh So, the last month or so ive been stuck doing nightshift at the shop because the other guy left. My agreement was to do 5 nights and someone else does 2... but it hasnt worked out that way. Ive basically been on every night since i started. Think ive had 3 nights off. And now the girl that was doing the nights doesnt want to do it at all. So im stuck. The money is ok, but i dont know if its worth this amount of stress. I cant make any plans, im always tired. I just dont know what to do. Should i just try to get a new job? The last few weeks i've been looking for a place to rent. Its so damn expensive, even just the deposit and first months rent is hard to come up with. Especially since im paying rent at home. I had considered moving into a shared house, but i really need my own space to have some freedom. So, ive been working my butt off, trying to get a bit of money together to make a break for it. Havent really had much time for anything else really. Just work, sleep, work, sleep. I wish there was someone i knew that i would want to live with. That would make things so much easier. ...Any takers? =P
