Well, I always give 5 star ratings, just because I don't really like the star rating system all that much!

First things first, I like the color palette that you chose. You captured the cel-shaded anime look very well--I'm especially liking that hat.

Some things that jump out to me:

1) You might consider atmospheric perspective more--if you were to mix in a bit more blue to the hill in the far background, it would give more depth.

2) Think more about how your character is standing and the distribution of their weight. I wish I could fit a redline here to demonstrate what I'm talking about, but with the way her right shoulder and arm is raised, her weight would be thrown on her right leg. It helps to think of the angles--the way her shoulders are angled and the way her pelvis is angled should be opposite. There are always exceptions to this rule of course, but this is a good rule of thumb.

Overall, I think this is a nice piece. I hope what I said makes sense and helps!
