Can anybody tell me what kind of blimp this is?  For at least ten minutes now it has not moved.  It is creeping me out.  This photo was taken through binoculars, but it turned out smaller than what the binoculars show.  It is not a helicopter, for there are no perpelors, but there is a single light on the right ended it.

I think it is that, thank you!! 
I do not think it is a toy, for even now I can still spot it in the exact same location, and when I go to other parts of town, I can still see it.
