It's Blackjack from Fallout: Equestria - Project Horizons!
She is made with soft minky fabric and stuffed with polyester fill. All details, including eyes and cutie mark are appliqued on - no embroidery here! Her vault barding and Pipbuck are fully removable. Blackjack measures 36 inches from hoof to hoof.
Further modifications to the pattern were made to allow Blackjack to rest her head on her hooves!
Blackjack and her accessories took about 50 hours to make.
