I gotta learn to be content with sketches or simpler flat coloring too, as trying to fully render everything is burning me out lately, and the extra effort really isn't any extra rewarding at all. Maybe I should try to reserve that mostly for commissions and stuff!

Yes, I'm very aware that water is harmful for Inklings/Octolings, but personally I prefer to see that issue as an in-game limitation only, or else we wouldn't be able to have lovely water-related scenarios with them like this~!

Technically the lore just says the Inkling and Octoling bodies melt in water because of their ink-based bodies leaking out so it is feasible that someone somewhere has made some to prevent this even if temporarily. Also amazing art
