Inflated Cat Balloon

Commission for twitter.com/SomeToony of their kitty wizard Scratch having some accidental inflated time with a wave of P-Balloons. "They just don't make magical wands like in the past..." the feline says as he's helplessly carried away by his army of conjured inflating power-ups; it will probably will quite a while for the effects of them all to dissipate.... tsk tsk!

Yes, as some of you might already know, normal inflation and similar themes aren't really my kind of thing. But I don't see why not still make them as commissions for others now and then!
