HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND USE A PHOTOSHOP ACTION TUTORIAL

This is a very quick tutorial, easy peasy for anyone to understand. I have shortened the steps down for you.
Don't feel silly, only 6 months ago I didn't even know what a Photoshop Action was. Now I get many people asking me how to use the photoshop Action. I made this tutorial to help those that really want to use the Actions, but don't know how to.

For this tutorial, I have used my own "2 Vintage Photoshop Actions" as an example, but you may use whatever you like.
