I contracted COVID about a week into February, and as we reach the end of February I am starting to feel better. I am just now starting to get back to work. I have a desk loaded with sketches, and a laptop loaded with topics to write about. So, it is time to get back to work. I have the artwork I started the week I got sick, and it is ready to post. I have also started another piece of artwork I will post early this week. I am also working on a non-review of the Steam Deck which should also be completed early this week. I will also write another article to post this week as well. Then in March I am open for freelancing again. I will be taking it slow and steady until I get my feet back under me. So, it's back to work for me.

Happy New Year. I don't have resolutions. People happily list off the things they resolve to do. Lose weight, learn a skill, become happy, rich, gain friends .... Many of those resolutions are forgotten by the end of January. I do not have resolutions because I would rather list those things that I want. Yeah, you can call me greedy, but if you list the things you want you are more likely to to get them. So, without further ado ... the wish list: This year, like last year, I want to concentrate on artwork quality, and new techniques to improve my art. I want to become more proficient in speaking Japanese (pin this one). I want to learn character animation. I want to learn game development. It has been several years since I wrote computer software. I want to upgrade my computer. Plans for the New Year I am going to continue with drawing two color character pieces per month as the year begins. That will likely change as I begin working on game development. I think my first game

The schedule is all over the place. after the holidays I will be working on several projects. In queue I have website updates and video projects. Artwork is on the way, but things will be slower through the new year. My next text post will be about my New Years Resolutions, and there are a lot of them. It was a great year, and next year will hopefully be awesome.
