Broken Feather

Even something broken that did not survive the process may still be beautiful or wort looking at.
Shelf jewel with phoenix feather; this one did not survive the annealing process. I guess it got too cold before I kilned it.
I believe the new owner still is very happy despite the flaw which creates mirrors and rainbows like crazy within.
