3. I just wanted to announce that my film (which I created with my classmates, Ashley Graham and Kate Reynolds) has won a Student Academy Award. Haha. Crazy, right? I totally can't believe it. I'll be going to LA for the awards ceremony on June 8th, where I'll learn whether "Dia de los Muertos" has won Gold, Silver, or Bronze. Whatever the case, though, it's an incredible honor.

Thank you, Internet! I would never have become the animation-obsessed artist and storyteller I am today without your help. I hope that now that I'm literally done with school, I can start giving back to the artistic community that gave me so much.

Digital!

I've decided change up my digital painting pricing, because they just tend to take more time than they've previously been worth, economically. I still digital paint and am still very much available to do so, but from now on, they will be priced on a per-hour basis. Whether characters, environments, or anything else... Email me for details and inquiries, and I'll give you a price estimate.

hint: All the examples below are really tight and detailed, but I can also do faster, looser work! Again, email me for an estimate.

Hello everyone!

Firstly, I want to thank everyone for their comments and +favs. I really appreciate them all.

next, I want to apologize to my watchers for my perpetual absence from this website. Over the past semester I've sort of migrated over to using Blogger to stalk my favorite artists, neglecting DA in the process.

I wish I could say that I'm going to come back and try harder to post stuff, but I've sort of developed a detachment to this site. There are 4,000 + deviations in my inbox waiting to be viewed, and I don't think I'll ever catch up.

So, I promise I'll log in every once in a while to check my messages and probably post the occasional picture, but in the meantime,
