The Shepherd

Team Player - Insecure - Laid Back - Shallow - Sweet

Like most female lilliputs,Nhora was born with a healthy dose of moxie, the only thing to fear was fear itself; she lived to overcome. Overcome the storm by standing in the rain until it finished, overcome prey by launching herself and managing to catch a bat in the air, or chasing off straggler male. Thankfully for the higher ups, overcoming the leader didn't interest her. No, the chocolate palomino had something much bigger in mind to dominate next: The cave.

Despite living there for years, the majority of the cave and its contents were massively unknown, just waiting to be claimed and discovered. So each and everyday Nhora would go wee bit further than the day she went in before until she went too far; Rather, fell too far,as the liliput leg's had given out against gravity and the steep floor of the cave, rolling/falling away from her family into unimaginable depths.

When Nhora awoke from unconsciousness, she was not afraid but in wonder of what she could discover, not thinking about how to get back for in these great depths, there was water, food sources and curiosities to satiate her. 

But as time went on, these things begun to satiate her less and less to the point that no matter how much she ate she was hunger, no matter how much she drank she was thirsty, and no matter how new the next discovery was, it no longer interested her. She a social animal and her soul desperately needed validation that she existed. She became a dark hole, much like the cave that devoured her. She had not overcame the cave but the cave had overcome and dominated her. She needed to get back to her herd, her family before loosing any sense of herself entirely.

Was she too far gone? Was there still any chance left for salvation

It would be a half a year before she found her way back and despite finding something that she had already known and seen, the meaning of her herdmates and life in general became her greatest discovery. The herd brought her back from her ghost like state into the Liliput they had known, save for her need of not being left alone.

Despite being scarred terribly from the experience, she doesn't regret it, feeling as she wouldn't be happy with her life if she hadn't explored at all. A part of her yearns to go back into the deepest darkest depths of the cave but only with someone she could share the wonders with until their dying day.

Recently Nhora has found herself within the order of the Dark Lilies (www.deviantart.com/buzzbees/ar…). Although only a light fan for Hannibal, she worships to the group. The dark deeds she does is balanced by the compradery she's surrounded by. She will do anything to protect the group, and like a good shepherd she will keep it together as a good shepherd, be it through kind encouragement or threats.  
Quirks:
-Seriously, don't ever leave her alone. Will freak the heck out.
-Always chewing on something.
-Loves, loves helping out raising the fillies and colts. She shares in their curiosity, wonder and value of companionship.
-Falls very easy into mob mentality. Will do everything in her power to keep the group together.
-Will do anything for her friends, for worse or better.

Commentary

Another lilliput ;o; I love her so much, she reminds of the "Where the wild things are" book for some reason?!? Too cute and too fun. Super enjoyed how the chibi sketches came out on this one. Been playing around with the idea of taking comissions in that style. HMMM.
