Some weird positioning and not-perfect font choices aside it does look fresh and anything but dull. For an advice I'd say focus on the quality of the elements more than picture graphics. And work on that positioning. That doesn't mean it's not a bad design by any means.
It looks VERY sleek (though very standard-template like) sure, but does it work for the target audience? It's very techy and full of little things which does not look too calming as a wellness spa is. You could change the pictures and a few colors, and it would be a website for an IT company. Also all the graphics actually really distract me from the main purpose; the information.
And how is it going to be technically realized?
Hope I'm not to critical. I understand these kind of designs are very popular. And it sure does look nice as a graphic, that's for sure.
