That's a very large realistic looking cake you have there!
Your animation is smooth, and the pixel art looks like it was worked on with effort.

I find this to be very original, since I have not really seen an image of a cake with an emote that big, and that realistic.

You have a good shading style as well. I like the shadows.
I'm sure the person you made this for is very happy, because this is plain amazing (as usual).

Now, I'm not sure if this is a flaw or not... but the emotes shading looks a bit akward (The mysterious light at the bottom right of it). Was it intentional?
