If you're in the middle of the Northern Hemisphere Summer, don't forget that snow may be falling far to the south of you. Snowing texture by *wchild is a fantastic, usable texture, which will transform your artwork into something cold and sparkling.

Description

Snow falling from the heavens above.
Shot with a flash in the pitch black winter night of Finland.

Use this texture as you wish, anywhere and anyway you want. I don't want credits or links to your creations.

A total of 11 different snowing textures (including this one) available in this pack:

Snowing texture pack by wchild

How to use these textures in Photoshop:
:bulletblack: Paste the snowing texture on a new layer (topmost layer).
:bulletblack: Set the layer blending to a desired setting. I use mainly screen or soft light depending on the situation.
:bulletblack: Set the layer opacity to a desired level.
:bulletblack: It might be good idea also to use a layer mask with gradual fill to make the snowfall visible mainly in the sky, not so much on the ground. That way it will look more realistic.
