I like the shape and composition. The outer bands of green are very soothing shades.I would have liked to see a little more variation the *star* part of the fractal.I believe you could retain the impact and the visual cue of the one color being something burning almost white hot ( or greet hot as it were without having mostly one neon color.Of course is always in the eye of the beholder but it could possibly make it more interesting in my opinion.I love myself a simple gradient at times myself as well but I feel that a couple more shades of green at least could give the piece more movement Hope that's ok for my first critique on here ^^
i cannot compare apples to apples in any way here, but I totally feel what your saying. I am blessed to have a day job that nurtures my creative self, but it isn't quite the same as steering your own creative ship. I have forgotten, as well as allowed my job to be an excuse to be lazy about it and not having computer access gave me an excuse to not even try. Now, I have new a shiny tool and I thought I'd be more excited. I thought I would be more...back. I'm not, if I was even there to begin with. Maybe I'm just more mellow now? Is it the whole ambivalence about sharing things? I don't really know. I don't know the answer for sure. Maybe it's all of the above.
I'm super excited to read about you though, you've always had such a fantastic presence and I'm glad to witness any story you shall tell
