Ginger Or Eva

In the Gilligan's island episode "All about Eva" Tina Louise played dual roles, her series regular character and also "Eva Grubb", a plain Jane whose escaped to the island to get away from men who have always ignored her, then Ginger gives her a makeover and, SHOCK, Eva looks exactly like Ginger the Movie Star.
