Description
The GC45, an evolution of the GC357L designed for law enforcement and Bordel control, chambered for the .42 Divinum cartridge and per doctrine a specialized sidearm and carbine for Elite Scouts/Vanguard/Any Law Enforcement Unit.
Purpose built with it's under barrel bolt action driven .454 Flechette shotgun to take down armored and "cleanly" remove flesh and bone of monster nests, also known to break the wrist-bones of the person using it should it be used carelessly or by underestimating the felt recoil of it.
Uniquely the revolver features a single action trigger for both the Bolt Action Mechanism and the revolving chamber, to fire the under barrel shotgun a small lever on the side of the revolver is switched downwards disengaging the firing pin of the hammer and instead causing the cocking of the hammer to prime the firing pin of the bolt action. A system so overengineered that it was only ever used for select integrated similar mechanisms again, which at the time of recording in 1838 of the Empire is not the case.
Furthermore this marks the retirement of 5 Year long service of the GC45 and GC45 Carbine with law enforcement, as it is phased out for the much less Recoil Intensive GC50 and Snubnose GC357.
"The most hated Firearm of my career, but also the most devastating" - District 211 Mil. Pol. Chief Sonderson.
Looks almost like what I imagine an Orc Hand cannon would look like.
