Little Red only had 11 pages total, if you aren't seeing it on other accounts then they might have been deleted (tumblr) or are hidden until you turn on adult content.
so when is changing tell going to be complete? also when am i going to play the fishy little sister scenario?
1-2 years is likely the amount of time remaining to finish the entire game.
As for the Grace chapter, it's currently a backer only chapter, it may eventually be in the demo. If you pledge of Patreon you can play the Grace chapter now though.
