Possibly my favorite piece in your gallery, the intensity of the colors is break-taking and the red against the blue makes for a beautiful combination. The perspective and depth you have achieved in this piece are amazing as well, absolutely beautiful work!

Beautiful, I love the saturated roofs against the sky. The intense colours play wonderfully off each other. The architecture is very detailed.

Do you have any particular approach you use when you paint this kind of image? Do you just sketch the idea and rearrange as you go? Or do you plan it and the perspective more meticulously?

I do a few sketchs in grey scale first, then I do a simple base of basic shapes in google sketch up with the clear vision in my head(it is faster to straight up start in photoshop but I find this allows you to come up with more interesting set ups., after that I take into Photoshop and make a perspective grid for every new perspective(this picture has 3), then I paint a particular mood I like in grey scale, detail, I go to color balance and mess around to get a base color pallet I like, then I did a few color layers and added some red to draw the eye, then from halfway onward it is all painting in color.

As long as you have a perspective grid it's easier to develop as you go and change things. Hope this helps :).

Oh that's really interesting (:
Thanks for taking the time to write that up.  I like asking sometimes because it's like every artist does it slightly differently.

Thanks again!
