Almost thought I wouldn't get this page done in time, but I managed to do so, despite YouTube being distracting!
This week's Just Gotta is another story . . . But that is for different reasons.
As with everything, there is indeed a reason Darkrai is asking about Dodger and the other Pokemon being able to read and write. Unfortunately for now you will just have to wonder about that. But don't worry. We'll get to it soon.

I don't know if Vye's explanation of the badges came off how I wanted it to. Basically she's just saying that she's okay with it for the same reason she hates it. If that makes sense. Sorry if it didn't make sense.

Subtlety obviously isn't his strong point 
He should just admit he can't read or write and ask her to teach him. That way, she can refuse and get back at him for all this crap.
