Well..... as you may or may not know.... My Dad passed away due to complications from leukemia a year ago on July 26, 2008.... I'm sorry it took so long to put this message out on DA... it's just that after i was getting over the initial shock of his death... my Grandma died in January 2009... so there is another source of shock... things have since calmed down a bit..... but still... I'm just letting you all know I'm doing ok... Hope to hear from you all soon.

As you may or may not know, my dad was just diagnosed with leukemia. He has now been in and out of the hospital about 5 times since the transplant.    This time he has been in for more than 3 weeks and they have no clue whats wrong.... something about GVHD and a colon problem. Just yesterday his legs began to swell up and I am really scared now....Please continue to keep my dad in your thoughts and prayers....-AlexUPDATE- I just called him a while ago..... the swelling is beginning to go down..... he just need to move his legs a little... things are looking better.

I found out that my dad got leukemia last month, they say they can get rid of it because they caught it somewhat early.
