Darkgar's return

A long time ever since Primal Volt destroyed Darkgar... Cyber Eggman and Azrael begins hearing Darkgar's laughter in their heads having only Azrael realize that he's back and still alive.

The sky changes color and Darkgar emerges out of the red vortex. The Evil laughter echoes all over mobius and the entire universe. Darkgar: "If I have to earn victory by force, then so be it... I shall have to bring drastic measures!"
