Hmm, I'm running Windows here and even in Chrome it lags a lot. I'm on a laptop and not a gaming PC so that might be it, but this isn't exactly Cyberpunk 2077 so it should be able to run fine.

I've opened a pull request with the ActionScript 3 files for the Android version, the line drawing styles are all the same as this version. Again the code isn't great but I'm sure you can get some information out of it.

Thanks for appreciating it!

Good luck!

Wow amazing! Fun to see you liked it so much you're recreating it.

I'm able to still run the original version here on DeviantArt with the Edge browser, although you have to explicitly tell the browser to allow it to run the Flash player.

I actually have two versions of this, the one here on DeviantArt coded in ActionScript 2, and another version coded in ActionScript 3 as an Android app. The one here on DeviantArt is all done in one FLA file, I'm guessing you don't have an old version of Adobe Flash that will open AS2 FLA files?

I'd be happy to share the original code on Github. I've starred and watched the repository but I'm not sure how to submit a pull request, it seems it won't let me currently. Do I have to fork the project?

Keep in mind the code is old and not great, I didn't know how to for loop through arrays when I made this..

I tried out your version, it seems to have a lot of the bells and whistles to it, unfortunately it lags like crazy when I try it, like one frame per second.

You've probably already found this but this is what I got from a quick google search:

Optimizing canvas - Web APIs | MDN (mozilla.org)

I feel like it should be able to run a lot faster, it would be a pity to put all this effort into it and then not be able to run it unless you're on a very powerful PC.

Thanks! I like it too. It was made by making a textureless 3d render in Blender and then painting over it in Photoshop. However I've gotten better at real 3d texturing since then, will upload another piece soon.

Also DeviantArt is not great at displaying high resolution images on high resolution screens..

Technology And Nature
Oh ok, is the crowdfunding campaign started or coming? I couldn't find a link to it. Looked through the manual though, looks cool!
Endogenesis
Hehe yeah this one is pretty cool.
