I love the idea of a zeppelin with a chimney. I'd like to see how you'd handle designing a steampunk spacecraft as well.

First of all I love the image, gorgeous painting, awesome scene displayed.
Second of all I have a steampunk blog on Tumblr where I am beginning to write my own steampunk novel and was wondering if I could upload your image. I would of course include the link to your picture in the description and not take any credit for it.
Many thanks

Amazing work, as always. Is this based on any particular location?

In my eyes, the airship is somewhat reminiscent of a fish.

I think maybe there's too many crap in the background for the piece to have a coherent atmosphere. And the Victorian people's presence on the rocks seems contrived, like what are they doing here and if they're here, why are they acting like the crap floating in the air isn't here?
The only positives I can say are good technique and inspiration for the designs, but the mood is kind of a failure.

I love the grittyness of it.

Beautiful scene! The flying ships remind me to Monturiol's Ictineo :-)
