Use the fucking scale tool. I don't really remember the fucking hot key but it's there.

damn thats pretty i only dont realy like the "space theme" espacialy the render but i realy like the explosion thanks for the tut !

I couldn't find the script-fu that you used, but it's a great tut. I tried it and got mine to look pretty good. Thanks. Most of the GIMP tutorials are crappy these days.

You mean the part about set the blending mode to 'burn' and all? Look on the Layer window, there should be a drop down menu or something where you can select from different blending options (Dodge, Burn, Soft Light, Overlay, Multiply etc.) I havent used GIMP for so long I don't remember exactly but it's in the Layer window. Play with it, you'll figure it out.
