It's the Legend of Zelda: "The Wind Waker" in a japanese theme.
So it should be: ゼルダの伝説 風のタクト!! =)

I made everyone's outfit resemble their original outfit, but of course in a japanese way. (Even makar has a cherry blossom instead of his usual leaf).
