Liah is not the same as Vix- while colors and sorta design similar Liah is sort of a mother to Vix while not blood related she wanted to look similar to her "daughter" to seem more like a biological mother to her so while having a parent like bond they are not actually related and Liah is a huge comfort to Vix as a mother figure
