Hilda Compilation

Finally sat down and designed Hilda! She's the title character of a show called - you guessed it - Hilda, on Netflix. It's got 2 seasons and is a very fun watch!

I must admit, I'm quite proud of Hilda; a lot of the little things just worked out really nice with, like the edges of her boots and the fold at the bottom of her sweater.

The hair gave me some grief, mostly because I had a very limited amount of that blue left and I first tried to do the whole brushing out thing, forgetting that it was way too long to do in one piece like that. Cue lots of wasted yarn and a very tense game of yarn chicken trying option number two   In the end I won the game of yarn chicken, and I like how it turned out quite well! I honestly should probably stick to crocheting my hair pieces in general, I'm just much better at it than brushing out and styling.
