Thorn Hex Girl from Velma (LOTV + WNSD)

When the second season of the Max series Velma came out, that season premiere featured Thorn, who was a member of The Hex Girls, and is an occult bookstore owner. Her appearance is based on her original self from the 1999 direct-to-video film, Scooby-Doo And The Witch's Ghost, where she has a dress with the red sleeves on plus a red bat pendant necklace on there, and I modified the image where she has the 2003 style from the Legend Of The Vampire plus What's New Scooby-Doo? (reference: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/scoobydoo/images/f/f3/Thorn.png/revision/latest?cb=20220712235723)
